V-MARS model

The Mars machines use the unique Vaqua Process developed by Rolls Royce to surface finish and clean components across a wide range of industries.

V-Mars 
Is the workhorse in the Vaqua range.
GRP construction.
Manually operated machine but with some minor modifications this machine can be semi-automated.
Internal working volume 1050 x 1030 x 920 mm.

Some of the benefits of the VAQUA wet blasting process are:

• Single operation cleaning - grease, oil, burnt-on carbon, paint, grime, scale, etc… all removed simultaneously. Complete elimination of dust.
• No toxic or harmful chemicals - no atmospheric or environmental pollution.
• No component erosion or impregnation - critical measurements maintained.
   
• Simultaneous rust inhibition (if required).
• Capability of processing all types of material. Much lower media consumption and maintenance cost than conventional dry blasting.

  The cabinet range of VAQUA wet blast machines are available in manually operated glass reinforced polymer (GRP) material or specially designed steel cabinets for manual, semi-automatic, automatic or robotic operation.
  
  Sump units extend the VAQUA range by providing the power pack
  and base of the machine that leave you, the customer, to determine the ultimate size and shape of machine you wish to install depending upon your budget.
