Please take the time to read this very important information with regard to purchasing products from Rustbusters; Abrasablast; Ardelve equipment; Pre-school Practice (Rustbusters Pty. Ltd.).

Conditions of Sale: All products sold ex-warehouse, property in products passes to purchaser upon despatch.
The low cost delivery charge includes packaging, postage and standard Australia Post registration and insurance fee.

Terms: All orders are to be pre-paid by any one the following: PayPal, Cash upon pick up or Direct Deposit into our nominated bank account.

Prices: We try to maintain prices listed in the catalogue, but reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with any product, (other than cut lengths of wire, conduit, rubber or specially made items) for any valid reason, it will be replaced or a refund issued to you, provided you return the product, freight pre-paid, together with the original invoice, within 7 days of receipt by you. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on items returned after 7 days up to 30 days. NO RETURNS can be accepted after 30 days. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid, with no liability for consequential losses including, but not limited, freight.

Please note that books, magazines and other secondhand publications can have defects, not described, within the covers, (tears, notations, handwriting in pen or pencil, foxing, staple marks, etc). We examine all publications prior to advertising, but sometimes a small defect may be missed. For this reason books and other publications are always sold “AS IS”.

Supply: We endeavor to have all our listed products in stock, however, since we are supplying products that are for early motor vehicles, with some parts being new old stock items and no longer manufactured, sometimes an item may no longer be available. We will advise you promptly.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to postal or carrier mis-handling, every item is carefully and thoroughly packed, but we cannot be responsible when the parcel is out of our hands.
Products sold and delivered to an international carrier on behalf of a purchaser, by Rustbusters Pty. Ltd. are sold net of Australian GST.
All and any Import Duties, Customs Taxes and/or charges that may be incurred within the country of import are the sole responsibility of the said purchaser. The purchaser acknowledges his/her responsibility in this regard.
